How to think about this: Tamreen gives you real-time, AI-powered feedback on your form — a training aid that works alongside your own judgment, not a replacement for a doctor or physical therapist when it comes to injury or medical concerns.

What Tamreen is

Tamreen uses on-device computer vision to track your movement and give you live feedback on form — across strength training and combat sports — right from your camera, with nothing to install and no data leaving your device. We're actively refining it based on real user testing as we grow.

Accuracy and how to get the best results

Tamreen combines a modern pose-tracking model with sport-specific coaching logic to assess your form in real time. Like any camera-based system, performance is strongest in good lighting with a clear, side-on view — follow the on-screen setup tips for the most accurate results. A few things worth knowing:

Assumption of risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risk, regardless of what tools you use. By using Tamreen, you're choosing to train at your own judgment and risk, using Tamreen's feedback as a helpful guide alongside — not a replacement for — your own awareness of your body and ability.

No warranty

As with most software, Tamreen is provided "as is." We're moving fast and improving constantly, so features and behavior may evolve as the product develops.

Acceptable use

Please don't use Tamreen to:

Intellectual property

The Tamreen name, logo, and site content are the work of its founder. The underlying pose-detection technology (TensorFlow.js / MoveNet) is an open, publicly available model provided by Google under its own license terms.
